BUILDERS KI 'MAAYA'

What is the most basic requirement of Man? Roti>Kapda>Makaan.
A clear prioritization is made because without having food, no life can exist. 

Now look at policies pursued by the U.P. government with the use of land acquisition act to give nice smooth roads and good furnished BHK's to the people of India's densely populated state of Uttar Pradesh. This is not the bad work to do but if some major points should have been considered, the U.P. government wouldn't be facing such a humiliation from these corrupt opposition parties.

• After this acquisition when major part of state's fertile land would transferred to the Builders,the most part of food requirements would rely on the exports resulting in the inflation of food crops.
• Is this acquisition giving enough to the farmers who have small pattas of land? As farmers have very less amount of area so they are dependant on their fertile lands for their needs and after the acquisition they have to rely on the compensation money to fulfill their requirements and therefore they will move into the nearby Delhi for seeking employment creating employment problems.
• Is this liable for a government to take profits from the farmer's land by selling it to the builders at double price.It would have been great if this profit had been allotted to the farmers.
• Is this acquisition is really required? In Noida where J.P. group is creating infra tech city, the major part that has been completed is still vacant.So there is no need of creating more residential area just for the sake of development. 

But our C.M. does not need to think about all this as she have about one year left for the next elections and she should think of acquiring more and more land for 'MAAYA KE BUILDERS' and her park recreation activities before her successor overcomes her.
